This project was funded by Dr. Jon Grant’s Industrial Research Chair to develop sustainable Aquaculture practices. The project was based around a biophysical simulation as well as a 10-year time-series data set of disease outcomes in the salmon farms on the Broughton Archipelago. This project resulted in 4-first author publications and spatial management recommendations for reducing connectivity of the salmon farms via disease particles to disrupt disease networks.
